Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order details and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will be able to choose your preferred carrier and service level at checkout.

Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time (remove this line if you do ship to these addresses).

Order Issues If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
